In order to purchase a relief at atelierplateau.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email.
Please note: Once we have received your payment, we will start making your relief(s) for you.
Transport and Delivery
All reliefs are sent from Denmark and can be shipped within Denmark and selected countries (see list below). Delivery charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.

Time of Delivery
The delivery guidelines are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control for Atelier Plateau.
Tracking
All of our shipments can be tracked with our shipping partners.
Customs Duty and VAT
When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shopping from outside the EU, the prices displayed are excluding VAT. All products are sent to you from Copenhagen, Denmark, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply, for which we cannot be held responsible. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout. Atelier Plateau retains the right to change prices at any time.
Undelivered Orders
You will be responsible to cover a second delivery attempt if you forget to pick up your package in time or your package is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
Damaged Products or Parcels
We ship all our reliefs in protective packaging to secure they will arrive in perfect condition. However, if you for any reason receive a damaged relief which does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us at info@atelierplateau.com as soon as possible or the latest within 2 days from the date of received delivery. Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in the email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day that you received the relief(s) from us.
If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us at info@atelierplateau.com within the stipulated time with your order number and name of the product that you would like to return and we will send you further instructions.
The relief(s) must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective box. No tape is to be attached to the product. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If you wish a refund, we will only refund the amount paid to Atelier Plateau. Any local VAT and customs fees is your own responsibility to get refunded.
