Ensemble is a series of limited-edition wall sculptures created in collaboration with Karimoku Case, merging Scandinavian design with Japanese craftsmanship. Inspired by the inner rings of a tree trunk and the meditative form of the enso circle, the pieces reflect an exploration of time, tactility, and material resonance.
Crafted in solid oak and assembled using traditional furniture joinery, each piece invites a sensory engagement — from the depth of the wood grain to the shifting play of light and shadow across its curved surface. As the day passes, so do the expressions of each sculpture, creating a dialogue with its surroundings.

The first wooden wall sculpture was introduced in the Hiroo Residence, Japan, designed by Keiji Ashizawa Design.
At Milan Design Fair 2023, two wall sculptures were added to the series in two different locations — designed by Norm Architects and Keiji Ashizawa Design:
Karimoku Commons Pop Up Showroom in ASSAB ONE and Karimoku Case Study Exhibition at Rho Fiera.
